Good enough for a family stay

We stayed for a couple of nights in a queen room and it was decent. The room was clean, but we spotted a few roaches, which was a bummer. Had breakfast included, and it was pretty solid! Just a heads-up, the TV remote was dead, and they said they take batteries out to prevent theft.

Loved the comfy beds and hot showers! The location was perfect for nearby shopping and attractions.

Disappointing Experience Overall

We stayed one night in a King Room. The mattress felt worn out and uncomfortable. Customer service was unhelpful when addressing our concerns. No onsite dining options available, adding to the overall dissatisfaction. For a better stay, consider spending a little extra elsewhere.

The room was really clean and I appreciated the comfortable two queen beds for my family. We enjoyed relaxing by the pool and the hot tub after a long day. One little downside was the TV remote was out of batteries, but it didn’t ruin our stay! 😊

The entrance features a gang fence that appears more for show than actual security, which felt unsettling. Cleanliness left much to be desired. the bathroom had cracking and wear that gave off an unkempt vibe, hinting at poor maintenance over time. Overall, the atmosphere struck me as a bit dodgy, with drug-related activities suspected around the area. The room could greatly benefit from a thorough clean and some TLC.
